Ordering 

We accept payments by Credit Card (Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover, and Paypal).  Upon receiving your order we carry out a standard pre-authorization check on your payment card to ensure there are sufficient funds to fulfill the transaction.  The pre-authorization is completed once the order has been packed and is ready to be shipped. If the billing or shipping information are incorrect or incomplete, we will contact you to confirm them before your order is shipped.  Orders are normally processed and shipped within 1-3 business days, please allow extra time for weekends and holidays.

Verification and Shipping

When placing your order, please make sure that you use the billing address and contact information as it appears on your credit statement. In the event that your information does not match exactly what your credit card has on file, your order may be held pending verification.  This may require us to contact your directly.  When specifying shipping address information, be sure to check that the zip code, city and state are correct. If according to delivery service's records, this information does not match their records, we may have to contact you to update this information and this may delay your order. 

Change or Cancel Your Order 

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. Once our warehouse has processed your order, we will be unable to make any changes.

Return Policy

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, please contact customer service.

Please allow 2 weeks from the time you mail your order for your return to be processed. We will notify you via email once your return has been processed. 

Merchandise must be returned within 14 calendar days of receipt for exchange only.

Refunds are not issued.

Merchandise must be unworn, unused, unwashed in original packaging with tags attached.

Sale / discounted items items are final sale

Shipping fees, duties, taxes, customs fees are non-refundable on returns or exchanges.

If the order being returned took advantage of a promotion, i.e. free shipping, the value of the promotion will be deducted from the exchange.

Shipping Policy

Tracking will be provided via email once your order has been shipped.

International customers are responsible for DUTY and TAX upon delivery. Duty and tax may vary by country.

REFUSED/UNDELIVERED packages will be considered forfeited and are NOT eligible for Refund/Store Credit.

We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, damaged shipments. Customers are responsible for paying additional shipping and handling fees to have the order re-shipped, if available. Reshipments may also be subject to additional fees for return shipments.

The buyer assumes all responsibility of claims made with the shipping carrier. Please contact customer service with any questions regarding carrier claims.

In order to provide the best customer service, any concerns regarding orders must be received in writing within 7 days of the delivery date.
